Shipping

We strive to ship each order the day we receive it but to assure your timely shipment we offer the following guidelines:

  • Ground freight orders received by 2 PM EST usually ship same day.
  • Air freight orders received by 3 PM EST will ship same day.
  • All backorders will be subject to freight charges.
  • Aerosol cans and some other products cannot be shipped via air.

Our shipping department takes great care in packing to assure safe delivery for your order. However, once the order has been released to the carrier, we cannot control how the packages are handled. Therefore, any damages caused in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier, and should be immediately reported to the carrier.

Shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days or invoice will be due in full.

Payment

We accept MC, VISA, AMEX

A $25.00 service fee will be charged for each occurrence of a NSF check.

Returns

We will be happy to exchange, replace or credit items if the following conditions are met. On items returned, due to no fault of Pantograms, freight will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days.
  • Items must be accompanied by a RA# on the outside of the box.
  • Items must be in a saleable condition.
  • All Software Sales are Final.

Defective items will be replaced and repaired at out option within 30 days, otherwise manufacturer's warranty applies.

There is a standard 15% restocking charge for all items when the return is being made because of customer error. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted without prior approval and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs both ways are the responsiblity of the buyer. Items returned, not in saleable condition, will be returned at the expense of the buyer and payment in full will be required.
