PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

For the transition to the new DTG BRIGHT INKS V02.

**If the system is not properly flushed then a build up of old ink can cause clogging in the system.**

  • 1. Use warm distilled water to flush the lines out until the tubes are clear. The water temperature should be 52 C / 125 F temperature. (It may take some time to flush until clear. The greater the build up the longer it will take.)

  • 2. Flush the distilled water out of the lines and then immediately follow flushing with Textile Bright Flushing Solution. Flush dampers with a syringe.

  • 3. Run ten (10) head cleaning cycles with the cleaning solution in the system to make sure the print head is completely clear of remaining residue.


    • Now the system is ready to receive the new bright ink V02. This extensive flushing is required for the transition to the new bright inks V02; however it is never a bad idea to flush your entire ink system this way periodically.
